(Phnom Penh, Cambodia) 55 elected lawmakers from Cambodia National Rescue Party took oaths on Tuesday to be complete lawmakers to end a year-long political stand off in Cambodia. Here are some snapshots in front of Cambodia Royal Palace.
Journalists waited outside of the Royal Palace while 55 CNRP lawmakers took their oaths.
A National Assembly sign tag dated back in 2013 were seen in the opposition leader’s car, which transported him and his wife back to National Assembly after their oats on Tuesday.
CNRP’s president Sam Rainsy (right) and his wife, Tioulong Saumura sat at the backseats of their car on way out of the Royal Palace.
